Lake Ontario - Named Long Before 1776 and 1867

Lake Ontario carried its name for centuries before Canada was a country and long before the United States existed. Skanadario — "beautiful water" — comes from the Indigenous peoples who lived along its shores well before 1776 or 1867 ever meant anything.

This vintage crest design honors that history: a hand-illustrated map of the lake, framed by the dates of two nations that came after, with the name that came first.

• Graphite Heather is 50% polyester, 50% cotton

• Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the center
