Shipping rates & delivery times
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and cart contents — we don't mark shipping up, you pay exactly what it costs to get your order to you.
You'll see your estimated delivery date at checkout before you complete your order. As a general guide:

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Busy seasons
During high-volume periods like Black Friday and the holiday season, delivery can take longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before any date you need your item by.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@canadaandproud.ca with your order number so we can look into it right away.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs office. These charges are separate from your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We don't have control over these fees and can't predict what they'll be, as they vary by country.
